The Old Borrow Pit Trail is part of a network of trails at the Naval Live Oaks Reservation. This sandy trail south trailhead is next to US 98. The trail heads north and intersects with the Andrew Jackson Trail, Old Quarry Trail and Brown's Pond Trail. If you continue to walk north past Brown's Pond Trail you will reach the park boundary.

The Naval Live Oaks Preservation is just east of Gulf Breeze proper on US 98. Below are directions to the Visitor Center and the trailhead. The Old Borrow Pit Trail starts across US 98, northeast of the Visitor Center.
